PIRACLE-TECH
started out business operations in 2008 with various sales trainings for clients and prospects of the company. In 2009, after building trust with our clients, we stepped up to consulting on business development, human resources and ICT. With impressive portfolio still counting, we were introduced in 2011 into real estate development with the signing of power of attorney and memorandum of understanding with a community in the new Port Harcourt area to prepare for sale and development, a 53-hectare land along East West Road, close to the University of Port Harcourt. This area, Rumuekini Community, by Rumuosi on the road to Aluu, is classified as neighbourhood general, a close range with the Phase 1A of the Greater Port Harcourt Planned New City by the international airport. Owning anything here is undoubtedly an asset because government is presently intensely developing the area in order to ease human and vehicular traffic congestion in the old city. Statutory charting, design and approval of PIRACLE GARDENS MEGA ESTATE has been done with Greater Port Harcourt Development Authority and we are set to take off sales by January 2012. Price per plot starts at N2m for the first 100 plots of 100/50 (465sqm) plot size.
